How do I carry out your instructions for Apple’s me.com email?
Thank you.
Follow our white list guide for iCloud email (formerly me.com email)
I don’t see verizon.net on the list. I’m the secretary of a club, and I’m responsible for sending the newsletter by email. I use MailChimp, and one of our members with a verizon.net email address says he never receives them, either in his Inbox or his Spam folder. Yet MailChimp’s tech support says those emails to him are reaching verizon.net, and their servers respond with an SMTP code of 250, meaning roughly “Got it. We’ll take it from here.”
It’s best practice as a email server to accept all incoming messages and then, internally, delivery or drop messages as needed. This makes it so outside senders don’t know how their message is being handled, making it harder for spammers to adjust their tactics. Seems Verizon’s mail servers don’t like the content of your message and are dropping it entirely.
My internet provider is internode.com.au
I need to know whether this has been whitelisted?
The company is functioning in South Australia.
Many Thanks

Try the instructions in our whitelist guide for TalkTalk and let us know in the comments of that page if they don’t match up with what you see in your email account.
